By using our dog walking, sitting, and training services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Young K9 offers professional dog walking, pet sitting, and training services. All services are customized to meet the needs of each client and pet.
2. Client Responsibilities
-Ensure pets are up to date on vaccinations.
-Disclose any behavioral issues, allergies, or medical conditions.
-Provide access to the home and any necessary equipment (leash, harness, etc.).
3. Payment Terms
-Payment is due before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
-We accept [payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Venmo, etc.].
-Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4. Payment Plans
-Clients may opt for weekly or monthly payment plans.
-Payment plans must be agreed upon in advance and require auto-pay enrollment.
-Missed payments may result in service suspension.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
-Dog Walking & Sitting: Cancellations require at least 24 hour notice for a full refund or rescheduling.
-Training Sessions: Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a partial refund or rescheduling.
-No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
-In the event of service cancellation by Young K9, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
6. Liability & Safety
-Young K9 is committed to the safety of all pets in our care. However, we are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or incidents caused by pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
-In case of an emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If necessary, we may take the pet to a vet at the owner's expense.
7. Weather Policy
-Walks may be modified or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (heat, storms, etc.).
-If services are canceled due to weather, clients will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
8. Key & Home Access
-Clients must provide safe and secure access to their homes.
-Any lost or stolen keys must be reported immediately.
Young K9 reserves the right to terminate services if a pet poses a danger to staff, other animals, or the public. No refunds will be issued for terminated services due to safety concerns.
