Yes we are fully insured and stay up to date with our plan. Safety is important and we know things happen but we want to make sure your pet is in good hands.

Yes our walkers go through a process before actually walking your dog or sitting for your cat. We know they are going to be in your personal space around valuable and sentimental items, so we take this process serious. All walkers sign contracts and agree to respect clients homes or legal action will be taken. We make sure each walker is familiar and capable of handling dogs of different sizes and temperaments.

Meet and greets are used to meet each clients dog(s) or cats and see how they interact with us or our designated walker. We also use this as an opportunity for pet owners to get a better understanding on who is taking care of their pet. This is where we ask basic questions like are they dog friendly with other dogs, where the leash and treats are located, key arrangement and any other questions geared towards their pet. During this meet and greet, not only do we observe the dog but we take them on a quick walk without the owner to see how they are on leash.

Absolutely, we can use the time we would go on a walk, to play fetch in the backyard instead. We know some dogs prefer the backyard instead.

This is one of our favorite parts, which is sending lots of photos. We try to capture each moment as if you were there. You will not miss a beat when it comes to the amount of fun we have on our walk or sitting.

Yes we walk all types of dogs, from small to large breeds. Our experienced dog walkers are trained to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, as long as they pass the first meet and greet(s).

Yes we currently care for cats, and show them the same love as our dog clients.

With me also having a background working with kids with special needs, I know this can be a sensitive topic. We accommodate special needs and requirements on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know about any specific concerns or instructions, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Our walkers are prepared to handle various weather conditions. However, if it's unsafe to walk dogs due to extreme weather, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

The safety and well-being of your dog are our top priorities. We prioritize safety by using secure leashes and harnesses, following designated walking routes, and ensuring our walkers are equipped to handle any situation that may arise.

Being fully insured, we will take the necessary steps to keep your pet safe. We will contact you and each walker will contact us so everyone is aware of the situation at hand. Then we will take the next steps in making sure the situation is resolved.

Yes we administer oral, eye, ear and topical medication for your pet. We don’t offer injections for medicine.

You can schedule walks through our online booking system Time To Pet, via phon on the web browser, through our app, or by contacting our office during business hours.

Yes you can book as many walks as your fur baby can handle. We just recommend booking longer walks for your high energy pet.

Each booking will be done through our app where you can use your credit card of chose. 

Go onto the app and go to specific day/days and cancel walks. We just ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance to respect the walkers time and our time. If you don’t cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for that walk or walks. You can also give us a call and we can cancel as well.

Typically as along as it’s 24 hours in advance we will honor it. If you’re not satisfied with the service we will work on making things right the best we can. If you’re over charged or issued a refund, it will be on your profile as a credit unless you no longer want to book with us.
